Who is responsible
Tabula Rasa Editions, the publisher named in the Legal notice (Rue Mathieu Carpentier 15, 4920 Aywaille, Belgium), is the data controller. Contact: contact@mrpointcheck.com.
What we collect
- Orders: name, email, country and payment status, collected by the payment provider (Payhip) to complete your purchase and deliver files.
- Site visits: we use Google Analytics to measure visits. It sets cookies and is only switched on after you accept cookies in the banner.
- Product updates: only if you tick the optional box at checkout, we add your email address to our mailing list (Brevo) to send you updates about your products and new releases. It is never ticked by default. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- Emails you send us: kept to answer you.
Why and how long
To deliver your order, handle support and meet accounting duties. Accounting records are kept as the law requires; support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you, then deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@mrpointcheck.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondesdonnees.be).
Processors
Payhip (checkout and file delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Netlify (website hosting), Brevo (mailing list), Google Analytics (visit statistics). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, under the safeguards required by GDPR.
