If a product is not right for you, you get your money back. No questions asked.

• Email contact@mrpointcheck.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Include the email address you used to order. A reason is welcome but not required.
• We refund the full price to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card.

This applies to every product, including the Complete Pack. For a Complete Pack, the refund covers the whole pack.

Faulty or missing files

If a file is corrupted, will not open or is missing, write to contact@mrpointcheck.com and we will send a working copy straight away, or refund you if you prefer.

Digital products

All products are instant digital downloads, so there is nothing to return. After a refund, please delete your copies and stop using the files.

Customers in the EU and UK

Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to every customer, including those in the EU and UK, and is at least as long as the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. You do not need to give a reason: write to contact@mrpointcheck.com within 14 days of purchase.
